Team training, onsite or mobile, is not only cost effective, it gives the coach more freedom to work on skills. When you increase usage of the onsite facilities, you will gain more tools such as proper technique, inner squad motivation and decreased team injury. An obvious advantage of MVP’s Mobile Training is that we bring MVP to you! Your team does not have to travel, and the program can be worked into the team’s practices. The pillars of MVP’s very popular Power Program: strength, speed, agility, power, fitness / endurance and injury prevention, are specifically designed for each team while teaching technique and mechanics.

Contact MVP to schedule your team’s FREE evaluation session. This one hour & fifteen minute long session will give you a chance to bring your team in for a complete assessment of running speed, agility, power production, flexibility, strength and much more. Evaluation are tailored to address the team’s sport and a complete breakdown is provided to the coaching staff upon completion of the evaluation.
