Group programs are a great way to challenge yourself to get fit, keep up with the pack and push yourself to achieve more in your workouts.  It is also a very cost effective program for those who want great instruction at an even better price.  All sessions are done with MVP’s staff of Certified Strength & Conditioning Coaches.

You can join a group, bring in your own group, start a fitness competition with your co-workers or add a group workout to your normal regimen for that extra work you need to achieve your goals.
